Thank you for your interest in the John C. Kelly Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is available to recent graduates of Karns City School District who demonstrate financial need and scholastic potential. This application must be completed and returned to the high school guidance office by May 1st. A typed, computer generated application is preferred but neatly completed hand written applications are acceptable. This application is also available on the Karns City School District website. Failure to include any of the required answers or documentation will disqualify the submission for that year.
